The big weekend is almost here! Here’s what you need to know:

1) Friday night is FREE for everyone! Invite your friends, invite your enemies, invite your waiter from Mondo’s!

2) The Free Friday night workshop starts at 6pm at TOSS (Southminster Community Center)

3) Friday night and Saturday afternoon workshops take place at Southminster Community Center

4) The Mix and Match comp is FREE but you need to sign up before 1pm on Saturday!!!! Sign up now, please!

5) Saturday night is at Route 66 Village Train Station (we will post a parking map and directions on Saturday morning)

6) Late Night is at Studio 1 on Riverside! Included in your Full weekend pass, $5 without a weekend pass, possibly the most fun you’ll have all summer!

📣 You know them, you love them, and they are teaching some amazing classes at Get Your Kicks! Welcome (although they already live here) Jonathan and Emily Gillett!

Jonathan established his Lindy Hop roots in Texas starting in 2013, working regularly with Laura Glaess and Jo Hoffberg, and now is proud to call Tulsa, Oklahoma his home! Emily is from right here in NE Oklahoma, though she too spent time dancing and competing in Austin with some of the best dancers in the world! The Gilletts are passionate about teaching Lindy Hop, Collegiate S**g, and dance history! They love bringing Lindy Hop education to Tulsa and have been a pivotal force behind this event!

Join Jonathan & Emily on Friday night (5/29) for a FREE Intro to Swingouts workshop! We never offer these workshops for free, so take full advantage of Friday night! Then, Saturday afternoon they will be taking us on a variation deep-dive to spice up our Lindy Hop!
