Most people walk into their appointment worried about one thing: “How bad is this gonna hurt?”

But honestly?

A HUGE part of the experience depends on how you take care of yourself beforehand.

→ Coming in dehydrated, exhausted, hungover, running on anxiety and caffeine, or without eating can make your body way more sensitive and make the entire session harder than it needs to be.

A good night of sleep, water, real food, breaks when you need them, and staying relaxed can completely change the experience.

Your artist can tell the difference almost immediately.

And remember:
Pain levels are different for everyone. Placement matters. Technique matters. Adrenaline matters. But being prepared matters too.

The better your body feels, the better your session usually goes… and the better your tattoo heals afterward 🖤
