Volunteering my time and talent to inspire little ones in our community. I was honored to be asked to be the guest artist at Lynn Wood Elementary for their school chalk it up event. I got to create this fun piece in the middle of their playground. The coolest part was getting to meet and interact with all the kids during their recess on Thursday and Friday. They were so excited and got so much joy out of watching me draw Wall-E. This was such a great reminder of why I do art. I was humbled to hear they decided to put a protective coating over the finished piece in hopes to make Wall-E a more permanent part of their playground.

⭐❤⭐ We are so excited to host Stephanie Manor, local artist and business owner of Pints & Paints Oklahoma at Lynn Wood for Chalk It Up this year!!! ⭐❤⭐ She will be working on a mural on the school playground during the day of Chalk It Up, so students can watch her during their recess time. She has done custom paintings for businesses and individuals around the US. She does 3D side walk chalk for tourism events and in 2018 started Pints & Paints to be able to teach art classes in homes, local bars and restaurants.

Our National PTA reflections theme for visual art this year is "I am hopeful because..." Each student can use their chalk art at Chalk It Up to compete nationally in this competition. What will you draw at Chalk It Up?

While being up at Commanche County Hospital in Lawton, I noticed they had no artwork up in the childrens rooms. I really wanted to donate some artwork to hang in each child’s hospital rooms to help bring joy to these sick kiddos. I did this piece in a short time to show the nurses, nurses saw it and immediately set up a meeting with floor director. Floor director was extremely excited and said she couldnt wait to get them into the rooms. We just have to wait on the boards approval. It looks like Pints and Paints artwork might being hanging in every room in the childrens wing at CCH, bringing smiles and joy to kids in Lawton, Oklahoma.
