Spotlight Children's Theatre

Spotlight Children's Theatre SCT started in 1997 and has 4-5 productions a year. Currently managed by Erin Herring and Kris Osborn. This is "Tulsa family entertainment" at its best!

We hope to instill a life long love of acting and the arts into thespians of all ages. The Tulsa Spotlight Theater produces up to six Children's Theater productions per year. "The Drunkard" and Olio, also a part of the Spotlight Theater, has been a weekly "Tulsa event" and one of the "Tulsa performing arts" venue since 1953! Every Saturday evening at the Spotlight Theater begins with the doors ope

ning at 7:00 p.m., a singalong at 7:15 p.m. The show starts at 7:30 with the Olio: dancers, musicians, singers, jugglers, magicians, or comedians. The main event is "an old-fashioned mellerdramer" called "The Drunkard." The "Riverside Studio” is a Tulsa icon built in 1928, and home of America's longest-running play. The play is directed by Joe Sears, Tony Award-nominee & star of "Greater Tuna." "Volunteer Tulsa"

The Spotlight Theater provides many "Tulsa volunteer opportunities." From the Hospitality Crew, which encompasses the House Manager, Cashier, Bartender and Servers, to "The Drunkard" and Olio talent. So if you're interested in "volunteering in Tulsa" in a family environment, contact us.

We had a lot of fun today at our accidentally all girl Actor’s Camp! We played games, learned about theatre, did some cold reading from different scripts, and some open-ended scenes! We put on a showcase for the parents at the end! Our next actor’s camp is July 18! open to boys and girls ages 6 to 15 and you can sign up on our website!

🎉 Bruce Goff’s Birthday Bash is back! 🎉 Join the Goff Center for the Continuous Present on June 7, 2026 (12–6 p.m.) at the Spotlight Theater for a family-friendly Saint Francis Tulsa Tough watch party honoring visionary architect Bruce Goff — the creative mind behind the iconic Riverside Studio and so many unforgettable Tulsa landmarks.
