Stephanie Alecia Rose - Came to us a Natural Born Leader. She is an excellent director and Coach in Acting and the Art of Listening. Stephanie's Most Memorable Roles are Brenda in "Rumor Has It" and later on that year she put on her director hat and Directed the Jamaican Rendition of "Sins of the Mother." She's a humble woman of God and she accepted her calling to go to Texas and then all the way to Los Angeles California!!! She never hesitates to come back to give back to her community with what she learned. Shes also written and directed Short films and have landed great acting roles in LA!! HATS OFF STEPH. We are so honored that you came a part of our team!!!

Jerica Wortham; Although she only had 1 role as Mia in "The Christian Carol" she still acknowledged the group and hosted one of our dinner theaters and also allowed us to grace the stage for her literary group J Parle. What can we say about J Parle'? If you can pop yo cherry at J Parle, it's to infinity and beyond from there. She promotes poetry and other artistical talents. She always shows her support to many in Tulsa. Jerica has become an ON Demand Star traveling to cities and states to spit her breathtaking poems. They always want her to come back!!! I don't blame them. The girl is on Fire!!! Jerica puts the Rock in Black Girls Rock. I'm humbled to know her as a friend, co worker, and a natural born Celebrity!!! Shes a proud mother of 2 beautiful boys and wife to Mr. WORTHAM!!! CONGRATS JERICA!!!!

Zack Banks... Can we just get ONE MORE PLAY with him??? I remember him the first day he came to my little apartment. He was hungry to act and hungry for the arts. He landed a minor role in "The Christian Carol" only to land the lead role as Marcus and memorize all the lines within 2 weeks!! This is a 60 page play and Marcus had lines on EVERY PAGE!!!. That is dedication truly. He went on to the "All Mixed Up" Series as Pastor John. I was really sad when he left Tulsa Ok to pursue his career in the New York and New Jersey areas. Not only has he landed awesome roles but he also models. This guy has a signature face and his time with us is unforgettable!!! CAN WE GET ONE MORE PLAY WITH ZACK BANKS??? Inquiring minds wants to know.

Today we honor Erick Anderson as "Most Dedicated". Because of his many efforts we appreciate his hard work and was recently promoted as Vice President of G Rated Theater. When it comes to fundraisers and countless hours of work in the community, we can always count on Erick to be there. Well deserved!!! Some of his memorable roles are Derek Stokes in "Rumor Has It" Danny in "Tha Crew" and Reggie in "The Christian Carol". You are a beacon in this organization and we salute you as a member and Leader!!!! Cheers to Erick Anderson

Today, we honor Durrell Ousley-Wray as our Male "MVP". Durrell began with a small role only to take over the lead role in 2010!!! He may think I always pick on him but he knows darn well I love him and enjoy working with every time. We enjoy his livelihood and his willingness to persevere in his acting career. He has gone off to pursue other companies such as being in Dream Girls and also his roles in the Tulsa Race Riot films. Some of his most memorable roles in G Rated Theater are Marcus and Moose in "The Christian Carol" Sonny Jackson in "Mixed Feelings", Kino in "Forces Within" also Tweex in "The Great Pretender." We honor you Durrell. !!!!

Today we recognize and honor Tiffany Henley as "Underdog of the Decade". She came in diligently, and knocked roles out of the ball park. Her talents should never be underestimated! G Rated Theater is proud to have her as a member and we love the support of her family and peers for attending each show! We watched Tiffany Henley grow into a star and some of us still have her fabulous hair products! We love you Tiffany.

I had a busy weekend workin and networking for the Nikki J brand. I needed to make sure I acknowledge a loss in our G Rated Family. I ran into my stage manager Theresa Griffin and she broke the news that her husband passed away Friday April 12th. G Rated Theater sends our love and support and prayers to her during this tough time. If you remember Theresa, please send thoughts and prayers her way. I will be posting funeral service information soon. We love you Theresa and God bless you
