Tulsa County, vote Colleen McCarty DA (District Attorney) tomorrow June 16, 2026!

If Colleen McCarty wins the Tulsa County District Attorney race on Tuesday, should she request a comprehensive audit of the District Attorney’s Office when she takes office?

Oklahoma law already requires annual audits of district attorney offices under Title 74 § 212(E). In addition, Title 74 § 212(H) appears to authorize a district attorney to request examinations of public entities, with the cost borne by the audited entity.

Given the questions surrounding taxpayer-funded settlements, jail-related litigation, office management, contracts, campaign donations, endorsements, and the overall use of taxpayer resources, should a new administration take a deeper look at the books and operations of the office?

As a Republican, I’ve always believed accountability and transparency are good things. If everything is being done properly, an audit should only strengthen public confidence in the office.

Tulsa District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler here is another true criminal in the case that you refused to prosecute after she forged a contract. Tulsa DA Steve Kunzweiler Your office was provided all this evidence years ago in January 2021, you ignored it, then when they needed a favor you filed child stealing charges. You were provided the evidence again and still continue to ignore.
