Things to know before renting❗️
📌$50 refundable down payment will have to be paid at the moment of your reservation. Unless you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the date of your event.
📌 Payment will be collected at the moment of delivery
📌 Inflatables won't be set up upstairs
📌The area where the Inflatable will be set up, need to be clean from trash, tree branches, animal f***s, no water puddles. No hills
📌No shoes in the Inflatable
📌 No water or any kind of liquid in the Inflatable
📌No food in the Inflatable
📌No sharp objects of any sort
📌No animals in the Inflatable
📌Property damage: Details in the contract
CANCELATION POLICY
📌Weather cancelations: as is not your fault or ours, your $50 down payment can be used to reschedule your event within 2 months after the canceled date. (upon availability of the schedule)
📌 24 hour cancelation will cost your $50 down payment.
📌Cancelations need to be submitted with 48 hours in advance.
📌 Cancelations with no notice or if the team show up to set up and nobody is at the location, your $50 down payment won't be refunded.

Cosas que debes saber antes de alquilar❗️
📌El pago inicial reembolsable de $ 50 deberá pagarse al momento de su reserva. A menos que cancele su reserva 24 horas antes de la fecha de su evento.
📌 El pago total se cobrará al momento de la entrega
📌 No se instalarán inflables en áreas altas (azoteas)
📌El área donde se instalará el inflable debe estar limpia de basura, ramas de árboles, desechos de animales, sin charcos de agua. sin colinas
📌No zapatos en el Inflable
📌 No agua o ni ningún tipo de líquido en el Inflable
📌No comida en el Inflable
📌No se permiten objetos de punta o filosos de ningún tipo.
📌No animales en el Inflable
📌Daño a la propiedad: Detalles en el contrato
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN
📌Cancelaciones por mal tiempo: como no es su culpa ni la nuestra, su pago inicial de $50 se puede usar para reprogramar su evento dentro de los 2 meses posteriores a la fecha de cancelación. (según disponibilidad de horario)
📌 La cancelación en 24 horas de su evento le costará su pago inicial de $50.
📌Las cancelaciones deben presentarse con 48 horas de anticipación.
📌 Cancelaciones sin previo aviso o si el equipo se presenta para poner el inflable y no hay nadie en el lugar, no se reembolsará el pago inicial de $50.
