Carnival Epsilon

Carnival Epsilon Carnival Epsilon is a madcap group of performers, who pride themselves on bringing fun and entertainment wherever they go.

Carnival Epsilon combines suspense and daring with bits of magic and mirth to create their horrifyingly hilarious and nationally traveled steampunk sideshow. It's an unforgettable show where tongues take on mousetraps, chainsaws tear through apples, machetes mimic staircases, lightbulbs become lunch, and much more! Along with their classic sideshow, they also present the classic western medicine s

how, and have the their own version of the original form of the sideshow, the dime museum. If that wasn't enough, when they are not taking the stage, or packing the tent, they perform as their alter egos, the Mauve Squirrels. These are your tree climbing squirrels, these are the folks who keep the Empire safe from all manner of Ethereal fueled artifacts.

With everything going on, I missed the official time but I wanted to post about sword swallowers day.

For those unaware, the Last Saturday in Feb. is always Sword Swallowers day. It is a day set aside by the president for those of us who still practice this ancient art form to take time out of the day and discuss the history sword swallowing and sideshow has played in medical advances, as well as honor those who have come before us.

Myself, (Marcus), and Zed, perform an act that dates back 4000 years of recorded history. During that time sword swallowers helped develop technology that saved lives. I am honored to keep this tradition alive, and to be lucky enough to train others, of this, and hopefully the next generation of performers.

Greetings everyone,

As Many know, Ivy is our lead artist, and an amazing painter. As things have gone on, she has decided to offer up a series of her origional paintings. If you follow her independently, you may have caught a glimpse of them on her Facebook, or Instagram.

This theme- &- variation series doesn't have an offical name, but will be limited to 14 pieces, each of which is unique, not available any where else, hand painted by her.

These will be available through us, but as we said, they are extremely limited. One of our Patreon supporters already purchased one, so that leaves only 13 left. As the series is so limited, we decided to post them here as well, so as many people as possible get the chance to own one.

We have included a picture of one of the paintings to see exactly what you are buying. Feel free to contact us, or reach out to Ivy and Marcus directly, as they are managing the sales of series.

Odd Factoid, One of the first props Marcus used for a sideshow act was called the plasma generator. Apparently even Ivy didn't know this, but that name is actually an easter egg to his connection with table top gaming. It came up recently as he is building one for the table and referenced it by the same name.

Hello everyone, I am sad to say that with the current state of things, I can not promise any public appearences right now. Shows are canceling left and right, and we are just one of the many casualties. I am going to work with the others and see if we can work on some content for the page, to help fill the void. Take care, be safe, and thanks for supporting us. Marcus

So not many know this, but the president sets up one special day a year as national sword swallower day.

Over its history, Sideshow, and Sword Swallowers have help further modern medicine, and as the number of shows dwindled, so did performers who practiced this beautiful and dangerous act. This is day is to honor those who came before us, and to educate people on the rich history.

We are lucky enough to have two sword swallowers in the cast of Carnival Epsilon, Marcus and Z. Both had wanted to participate formal in the celebration, but with schedules, they haven't had time to prep new blades.

We are asking people to be on the look out for our trailer, or any of our show gear. Most of it is unique enough, or has the logo/Carnival Epsilon on it, so it should be easy to spot. Thanks
