Hey Y'all, I hope all you dads out there had a good Father's Day!

I was down and out with a flare-up Saturday, and didn't feel great yesterday either. But the kids came over and we had a great time.

Today we are riding the couch. Cool and drizzly here.

Some new customer requests are coming up:

Peach soap
Lilac soap
Pink cotton candy soap
More massage bars.

These will be ready in a couple weeks.

Mark has a second interview next week for a position he is very interested in.

I just want to thank everyone who has placed an order with us over the last week.

I'm just going to say it, and I'm sure others are experiencing this, but a job loss in this economy is terrifying. No more health insurance. No more life insurance. My anxiety has been crippling.

But- we have our soap business, and all your orders did more than just help us financially. It helped me not stay in bed with the curtains drawn, hiding.

It also is an amazing feeling that people who are perfect strangers support us and help us.

So, we are just going to keep moving gayly forward. I know it will get better, I just have to remind myself of that.

These soaps are my favorite. (I love Vanilla Bourbon too but we sold out of that scent.)

These soaps are Midnight Amber, Nag Champa, and Dragon's Blood. Big hits at the festival we were at last weekend.
