I don't know about the rest of America. I just know for me the best tasting potato is a potato grown by Baley or Baley Trotman Farms that are fresh out of the ground. The best Yukon Gold potato is from Roy Wright gold Yukon potatoes. Right from the ground. Oh my God the flavors of these potatoes fresh from the field is amazing . I am blessed to know Tulelake is my home.
