When you fail to post things in a timely manor, what do you do? Post them as a monthly recap, of course! This month we gave away a banner (thanks Stern Pinball), Wayne Saeger won an event and John won some Dollar Stars cash. Then the following week John won the main event for the week. Had a fun day with the Vail School District high school tournament today. Ryan S from Empire High School finished in first place, with Avery J from Mica Mountain High School in second place, Cameron E from Empire in third place, and Christian E from Empire finishing in fourth place. It was a close day with spots changing up in the 7th and 8th (final) rounds. Thanks for coming out and looking forward to next year.

Double prizes baby! Ben Clement won both the Max Match Play event and the make up session of Dollar Stars. Also got Andy’s City Championship banner up on the wall. All Group Match Play and Max Match play events at Hotrods count towards your standings to qualify for the City Championship in December. Check out the IFPA calendar for all of our future events.

It was a very busy pinball weekend. Regularly scheduled event on Saturday and our Pokemon Launch Party on Sunday. We were able to give away some fun prizes thanks to the Stern Pinball Army. At the end of the day, our top 4 were;
1st: Ben Clement
2nd: Derek Jordan
3rd: Wayne Saeger
4th: Robert Bodman

We were joined by 5 players from Sierra Vista, which was great. No events at Hotrods this weekend, but next weekend we will be heading out to Sierra Vista to play in their Pokemon Launch Party.
