Why do people feel they cannot accept love or deserve love? (questions I get asked all the time)
When one has experienced a "bad" relationship and you walk away the one being dumped or cheated on, it is a hurt that takes a while to get over.
Part of this process is self doubt; What if I did this, what if I had reacted differently, What if I had done more for that person, What if i was not I trusted more (yet you listened to your gut), What if ....
All these negative thoughts filter through the mind and you become more and more negative and bitter about things.
Change is not always an easy process, but the first thing one has to do is stop with the negative, change those to a positive.
The minute a negative thought appears change to a POSITIVE thought.
Yes it is not always easy, but try and the process will happen.
