Thanks to everyone who came by the studio for the Oaxacan art show. Also a special thanks to those who bought beautiful jewelry from my sister Rebecca! We had a great time and raised $120 for Barbs Dog Rescue with the drawing for the pearl and heart necklace donated by Rebecca. Congratulations to Mary H. For winning this beautiful necklace.

Hello! It’s been 3 years since we’ve hosted this show. Gorgeous hand carved and painted pieces from Oaxaca. The artists drive all the way to Tucson from Oaxaca, Mexico with over 150 pieces to show. Live carving demonstrations and painting so you can see the process.

Also, I’ll be featuring jewelry artist Rebecca Chavez. Handmade beaded necklaces and earrings all affordably priced. This necklace is a Oaxacan pendant. Homemade 27” Freshwater Pearl and Oaxacan Woodcarved heart necklace. Each side of the heart presents different colors to match your wardrobe. Metal toggle clasp. $150 value This was donated by artist for our raffle to support Barb’s Dog Rescue. There will be several items raffled in Iron Horse Fabricators too.

Come on down to 4th Avenue area. See some amazing artwork, support local artists and Barb’s Dog Rescue.
