Come in to Haunted Hands on June 5th for our next First Friday Open House.

While we primarily work by appointment, the first Friday of every month is an open house where you can check out our pre-drawn designs, get one of our flash pieces in the same day, see the studio, or ask one of our experienced artists those burning questions you have. Haunted Hands is one of Tucson’s premier tattoo studios, our artists have a combined nearly 100 years of experience with tattoo styles that fit everyone’s aesthetic. Silent movies.

One of the things we enjoy about Lauren’s work is that it reminds us of old silent film. It’s a combination of the strong contrast and her whipshaded technique that gives her tattoos that granular look of old celluloid, making them feel very classic while being new.

Victor gets to nerd out with the best of em while working on these. The first tattoo is a really unique take on the hero from Hollow Knight, a beautifully frustrating platformer with a wonderful story and hair pulling challenges. The second tattoo comes from One Piece, an anime for the truly committed follower, clocking in almost 1200 episodes.

Our First Fridays are an opportunity for you to just walk on in. Whether you want to get tattooed by one of our artists now or later, we’re here to do that. We have many designs to choose from, or bring your own. Or if you’ve been meaning to talk with a particular artist, now is your chance, we can do the consult right then, get you scheduled to start that next one, whether it’s a small token or a full backpiece. We’re here from 12 till around 6.

You can expect to find , .pedersen.art , , .rains.tattoo , and here next Friday, April 3rd. We hope to see you there. Err, here. Yup, I’m definitely posting this FROM the shop.
