This is a traditional food called kah'tuki.(parch corn) This is made with white corn but could be with other colored corn. It is cook in a kettle with sand and heat, when the sand is heated to a certain temp. it will pop the corn. Then you remove corn and lightly salt it or you may leave it plain. It taste like corn nuts.
