🚨 BISON RIDGE UPDATE 🚨

We wanted to give everyone a quick update on what’s been happening behind the scenes.

This week we’re installing our new fryer and grill as part of several upgrades we’re making throughout the restaurant. While we’re temporarily closed, we’re taking this opportunity to make improvements that will help us serve you better and faster.

- Expanding the menu
- Bringing in more arcade games
- Improving kitchen operations
- Preparing to reopen Mondays and Tuesdays again

We’re excited about the future of Bison Ridge and can’t wait to show everyone what’s coming next.

WE’RE HIRING!

As we expand our hours and operations, we’re looking for great people to join our team. We’re currently accepting applications for kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and support positions.

Thank you for your patience and continued support while we make these upgrades. We truly appreciate this community and look forward to welcoming everyone back very soon.

After a lot of thought and planning, Bison Ridge Grill & Arcade will be temporarily closed until further notice as we begin a major transition and upgrade process behind the scenes.

Some people have heard it is changing hands, and with that comes changes to operations, the building, arcade games, menu offerings, and future plans for the business. We’ll be making upgrades to kitchen equipment, improving systems, expanding the menu, refreshing parts of the arcade, and working toward creating an even better overall experience for our customers and community.

When we reopen, the goal is to also expand our operating days by opening Mondays and Tuesdays as well. We’ll also be introducing late-night hours with live entertainment as part of the new vision moving forward.

We also want to thank the previous owner for the countless hours, investment, and dedication poured into building Bison Ridge into what it is today. As this transition takes place, he will be focusing his attention on his other businesses and ventures that require extensive out-of-state travel and time commitments. Over the next several weeks, he will be working closely with the new ownership team to help ensure a smooth transition, and the current staff team will remain in place.

We know this may disappoint some people in the short term, but these changes are being made with the future in mind. This is not goodbye it’s simply a transition into the next chapter of Bison Ridge.

We appreciate all of the support from our customers, staff, friends, and the entire community. Stay tuned for updates as we continue working behind the scenes.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding tonight. Unfortunately, we are currently dealing with unexpected technical issues with some equipment and had to pause food service while repairs are being handled.

Our team is working hard to get everything back up and running as quickly as possible, and we are hoping to reopen for normal service tomorrow morning.

Thank you for supporting local and sticking with us through the bumps in the road. We’ll keep everyone updated here on our page.
