✨ Meet Isha - DJ, space holder & creator of Ecstatic Dance experiences across Upstate New York. 🇵🇱🇮🇳🗽
Dance has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. One of my earliest inspirations was my grandma in Poland. She could be doing anything in the kitchen, but the second a tango came on the radio… everything stopped and she danced. 💃
Years later, my own journey took me from Poland to the U.S., into theater and movement, and all the way to India 🇮🇳, where I deepened my practice through OSHO Active Meditations, sound healing, movement and embodiment.
Today, as Isha Now, I DJ and hold spaces where people can put down the noise of everyday life, get out of their heads, and come back to their bodies. No choreography. No judgment. Just music, movement, community and a little bit of magic. 🌙
For me, ecstatic dance isn’t about how you dance. It’s about what can happen when you finally give yourself permission to move freely.
