UPAC had a great time at last weeks Fresh Check Day! We would like to remind you all to take even just 5 or 10 minutes to breathe, watch a comedy skit, listen to some soothing music or maybe a trailer for a new movie you can go see! Scheduling time to relax and destress can make you more productive and help you thrive!
