What an absolutely incredible run of Mamma Mia! and what a spectacular way to celebrate the 55th Annual Spring Musical at Trinity High School Theatre!

A huge THANK YOU goes out to our phenomenal cast, crew, families, and supporters who made this production possible. With the largest cast and crew in Trinity High School Theatre history, this show was a true testament to the power of collaboration, dedication, and community. Every rehearsal, every set piece, every costume change, every dance number, and every note helped bring this beautiful story to life.

To our audiences: thank you for showing up in record numbers and helping us achieve something truly special. Multiple sold-out performances filled our theatre with energy, laughter, applause, and so much love. Your support means the world to our students and reminds us why live theatre is such a magical experience.

This production was filled with unforgettable moments, lifelong memories, and the incredible spirit that makes Trinity High School Theatre feel like home. We could not be more proud of every student who stepped onto the stage, worked behind the scenes, played in the orchestra, or helped make this show a success.

As the sun sets on our Greek island paradise, we leave with grateful hearts, lasting friendships, and memories we'll cherish forever.

🎭 Mamma Mia - The Party has Begun! 🇬🇷✨

Opening weekend of Mamma Mia! has been absolutely incredible! Our cast and crew kicked things off with two completely SOLD OUT performances on Thursday and Friday, and the energy inside the theatre has been electric. From the music and dancing to the laughter and heart, audiences have been having the time of their lives on our little Greek island.

This show is pure joy, and our students are delivering an unforgettable performance filled with energy, talent, and so much heart. We are unbelievably proud of this cast and crew and the work they have put into bringing this iconic musical to life.

🎭💙 Here We Go Again… It’s Almost Opening Night! 💙🎭

The stage is set, the music is pumping, and the island of Kalokairi is coming to life as Trinity High School Theatre prepares to open our 55th Annual Spring Musical, Mamma Mia!

For the past several months, our incredibly talented cast, crew, orchestra, and leadership team have been hard at work bringing this high-energy, feel-good musical to the stage. Filled with the iconic music of ABBA, nonstop dancing, big laughs, and heartwarming moments, Mamma Mia! is the ultimate celebration of friendship, family, love, and the joy of live theatre.

This production is extra special as we celebrate the 55th Annual Spring Musical in Trinity High School Theatre history. For more than five decades, Trinity Theatre has created unforgettable memories on this stage, and we are so excited to continue that tradition with this spectacular production.

Our Thespians made it home from Greenville, and what an unforgettable weekend it was! The NC State Thespian Festival is always a highlight of our year, and this year was no exception. From inspiring performances to engaging workshops and masterclasses, our students were fully immersed in the magic of theatre all weekend long.

We are incredibly proud of each and every student who represented Trinity High School’s Troupe 4305. Watching our students grow, take creative risks, and support one another throughout the festival is what makes this experience so meaningful.

We are also excited to share that Trinity High School’s Troupe 4305 was recognized as the winner of the State Thespian Festival Social Media Challenge, showcasing our students’ creativity, collaboration, and school spirit throughout the weekend.

This festival is more than just a competition—it is an opportunity. An opportunity for our students to challenge themselves, to learn from professionals and peers across the state, and to refine their craft as theatre artists. Each year, they return not only more skilled, but more confident, more inspired, and more connected to the power of storytelling.

We are truly honored to attend the NC State Thespian Festival each year and to be a part of such a vibrant and passionate theatre community. Thank you to our students, parents, and supporters for continuing to invest in the arts and in the growth of these incredible young artists.

🏆✨ THE AMISH PROJECT: STATE CHAMPIONS ✨🏆

Trinity High School Theatre is thrilled to announce that our One Act performance of The Amish Project has been awarded First Place at the North Carolina State Thespian Festival! 🎭

This incredible cast and crew not only earned first place in the state, but they also received a perfect score from the festival adjudicators—a remarkable achievement and a testament to the dedication and heart these students have poured into this production.

The Amish Project will now advance to the International Thespian Festival, where our students will travel to Indiana this June to perform and represent the entire state of North Carolina on the international stage. 🌎✨

This show tells the powerful true story of the aftermath of the 2006 Nickel Mines schoolhouse tragedy and the extraordinary grace, forgiveness, and resilience shown by the Amish community. It is a deeply moving piece that reminds us of the power of compassion, community, and healing even in the face of unimaginable loss.

We could not be more proud of the cast of The Amish Project for this historic accomplishment:
Evan Mercadante, Jada Cole, Bella Reddick, Allye Willis, Teagan McLean, Aaliyah Justice, and Jayden Wright.

These talented students have worked tirelessly to bring this important story to life, and their commitment, vulnerability, and passion for storytelling made this production truly unforgettable.

We would also like to give shoutout to the outstanding One Act productions from across North Carolina who competed alongside us this weekend. The level of talent, creativity, and storytelling on display at the festival was truly inspiring, and we are honored to have shared the stage with so many incredible theatre programs from across the state.

Congratulations to our amazing students for this monumental achievement. Trinity High School Theatre is officially the State Champion One Act! 💙🎭
