📣 Vendor Registration is NOW OPEN for the 4th Annual Trinity Fest! 🎉

We are excited to announce that vendor sign ups are officially open for Trinity Fest 2026 at the Trinity Ballfields! This community event continues to grow each year and we would love for you to be part of it.

🗓 Date: September 26, 2026
⏰ Time: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Location: Trinity Ballfields

Vendor Spaces:
• 10x10 space – $30
• 20x20 space – $60

A setup crew will be available to help vendors get set up, making it easy for you to get your booth ready for the day.

Your vendor fee includes the space only, so please remember to bring:
• Tables
• Tents
• Chairs
• Any other items needed for your booth

⚡ If you require electricity, please plan to bring a generator.

Trinity Fest is always a fun filled day for the whole community with great food, shopping, and activities. Vendor spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot early.

Because of YOUR support, Trinity Fest was able to give $8,000 back to our community! The proceeds raised from this year’s event went to the following recipients: Trinity Discount Drug, The Power-pack outreach and ramp building ministry through Trinity Baptist Church, and the WM Football program in honor of Cole Thorn!

We could do none of this without you! Thank you for your support and love always! Next year our goal is over 20k!!

Today was a HIT!! Huge thank you to everyone who sponsored, donated their time, participated as a vendor, and volunteered! To the people that came out to have fun you guys are amazing! We had record numbers today, in spite of competing with some pretty big football games And other outdoor events! Will be getting professional photos back soon, but for now here’s some of my favorite shots from today. Please add yours in the comments.
