If you’re coming to my classes. Here’s important information regarding the parking lot behind the studio.
You can also park on Main st.

🚧 **Parking Update – Effective Immediately (510 Main Street)** 🚧

We’ve implemented a **new parking layout and structure** for the lot serving **510 Main Street** (United & Studios on Main and Burnt Sky Apothecary).

At this time, there are **no physically painted or marked spaces**.
➡️ Please refer to the **parking layout rendering** posted here on Facebook or on our website and park accordingly.
⚠️ *The rendering is not exact, but it is as close as possible and should be used as your guide.*

✅ **Parking Guidelines:**

* Park **only in areas shown in the rendering**
* **Line up your vehicle as best as possible** with the layout
* The **cement barrier may be used as a parking reference/edge**
* Please **do not leave large gaps** between vehicles — park efficiently
* Be **cautious and mindful** when entering and exiting the lot

🚫 **Important Rules:**

* This lot is **reserved strictly for visitors of 510 Main Street**
* We have a **lease agreement with the Fire Department**, and compliance is required
* You **may wait in your vehicle**, but only if parked in an **approved spot per the rendering**
* If idling, please do so **only while properly parked in an approved space**

This new structure comes after working closely together —
🤝 **The Fire Chief and I have reached a compromise that allows both parties to operate successfully**
