Southgate has your Saturday plans covered. 🍁

HarvestFest takes over Market Center Park this Saturday, and there’s a LOT happening in one afternoon.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!

The kids can climb aboard the big trucks at Touch-a-Truck, burn off some energy in the Kids Olympics and bouncing house, paint faces, make crafts, check out the pumpkin patch, and help pick a winner in the Scarecrow Contest.

The grown-ups can wander the artisan vendors, grab something from the food trucks, enjoy the music, and — hopefully — wear the kids out before dinner. 😂
And here's the best part: it’s FREE to attend.

📅 Saturday, October 10
⏰ 10 AM–3 PM
📍 Market Center Park, 13631 Eureka Rd., Southgate

Downriver really knows how to do fall! 🍂🎃

One of the things we love about our communities is just how creative and unique our local events can be. There’s always something a little different happening, and this week is a perfect example.

Just a few ideas:

👻 Brave Nightmare on Fort St. in Lincoln Park
🐴 Take the kids for Fall Harvest Pony Rides in Taylor
🪦 Explore some local history at the Wyandotte Cemetery Walk
🍁 Enjoy the changing colors on the Trenton Fall Colors Hike
🚨 Stop by the Grosse Ile Fire Department Open House
🎃 And there are plenty of trunk-or-treats and Halloween activities for the kids, too!

A big thank you to Downtown Beauty Bar Medical Spa for sponsoring this week’s Downriver Fun This Week!
