Are you looking for something fun to do?

Come join our wonderful dance community where all are welcome! No partner needed! Dance With Ramon offers many types of dances throughout the year, as well as provides an opportunity to put those dance moves on the dance floor as he hosts a once a month dance social!

Throughout the month of October, Ramon is teaching Cha Cha, a very fun party Latin dance at 6:30PM. Mel & Nancy are offering the upbeat lively dance of Hustle at 7:30PM! Both classes are held every Thursday at Bodies in Motion. Come join us TONIGHT and every Thursday night!

Next month we bring you Bachata and Country Swing!

And don’t forget to mark your calendars for the October 25th FREE Dance Open House offering half hour intro classes to six different dances!! All classes are held at Bodies in Motion!

We are so excited to bring you a fun lesson in Country Swing at this event coming up THIS Saturday, October 17th @ 3PM at the City Opera House!

This relaxed yet high energy dance is the newest Country dance out there! It is NOT East Coast Swing or West Coast Swing! This is Country Dance!Come learn this fun partner dance which is characterized by its dips and lifts! Now, we don’t lift anymore, but we can certainly help you with your lifts! But we CAN still execute dips, and we have a few dips planned in our lesson!!

Come join us! No partner needed as we’ll rotate in class so we all get a chance to learn and dance!!

Don’t forget…it’s WEST COAST WEDNESDAY AT BODIES IN MOTION TONIGHT!!

Free half hour intro/review lesson at 6PM followed by our regular lesson at 6:30PM! Cost is $15 per person for the night or $50 for the four week session!

Join us THIS TUESDAY, October 6th at 7PM at Black Bear Bar & Grill (between Interlochen and Honor) for another FUN easy Country Two Step lesson!! It was a really great turnout our last time there and would love to see you all again!! SO MUCH FUN!! And only $10!!

Come early for a bite to eat and stay after the lesson to meet new people and practice your moves! We’ll be staying after the lesson playing some great tunes!! Might even throw in a Barn Dance!!

Tonight starts a fun five week series of dance lessons with Dance With Ramon!!

We have Cha Cha with Ramon who will be teaching you this lively and playful Latin dance at 6:30PM! You’ll be lookin’ hot on the dance floor in no time!

At 7:30PM Mel and Nancy will be teaching Hustle, a smooth nightclub party dance which can be danced to both music of the Disco era as well as current dance tunes!

And be sure to mark your calendars for our FREE DANCE OPEN HOUSE on Sunday, October 25th at Bodies in Motion starting at 2PM featuring SIX different dance styles! Tell your friends!! It’s the perfect opportunity to get on the dance floor!!

Another couple of awesome group lessons tonight at Bodies in Motion!!

6:30 - we have Rumba with Ramon and at 7:30, we have Night Club with Mel & Nancy!

These are the last lessons of the month. But you know, it’s never too late to join in! And as always, no partner needed!!

AND….ITS RAMON’S BIRTHDAY!!! So come and dance and celebrate this awesome guy with us!!!

We had an absolute blast teaching Country Two Step last night at Black Bear Bar & Grill! They filled the dance floor and we met so many new people!! I hope we have as great a turnout on our next Two-Step night, Tuesday, October 6th!!

But TONIGHT, we are switching gears!! It’s WEST COAST WEDNESDAY at Bodies in Motion!! It’s never too late to join us as we have a FREE introductory class at 6PM, followed by our regular lesson at 6:30PM!

No partner is needed and all are welcome!!
