Mu Mu Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The Charter Members were Jacqueline Banks, Alberta Brier, Fredericka Lee, Vanessa Grayson, Carolyn Proctor, Helen Proctor, and Annette Wilson.

Mu Mu Citywide Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta was charted on June 22, 1975, as an invitation by Towson State University’s President, becoming Delta’s 524th chapter. As the first sorority at Towson, our intent was to establish a campus society to promote high cultural, intellectual, and moral standards among its members, for its members, and for that of the larger society in which Mu Mu Citywide Cha

pter existed. In Spring 2007, Delta Sigma Theta, Mu Mu Citywide chapter became the first NPHC organization to accept members at Stevenson University, adding to Towson University, University of Maryland, Baltimore and University of Baltimore.
