🎄 Important Announcement: No Christmas Light Show This Year 🎄

Dear friends and fellow holiday enthusiasts,

It’s with a heavy heart that we share this news - our beloved Christmas light show won’t be happening this year. We know how many of you look forward to visiting our display and making it part of your holiday traditions, and we truly appreciate your support throughout the years.

Due to changes in my personal life and relocation to Kansas City, we’re unable to host the light show in 2023 without difficulty managing the show from afar. It wasn’t an easy decision to make, and we’re as disappointed as you are.

But fear not, this isn’t goodbye forever! We’re already planning and preparing for an even more spectacular return. Our passion for spreading holiday cheer and lighting up the night remains stronger than ever.

In the meantime, we encourage you to visit other local displays and keep the festive spirit alive. We’ll miss seeing you this year, but we promise to be back, brighter and better.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Wishing you all a warm and wonderful holiday season. 🌟🎅🤶🎁

Stay tuned for updates.

Warmest wishes,

Louie Gaeddert (Cortez)

Just a quick update/reminder. We are unable to have chairs provided/reserved. You will need to bring your own chair to the show. We were unable to secure chairs for this year’s ceremony. If you did end up reserving seats, you should have received an email that shows they were “refunded”.

We greatly apologize for this.

Update: I am beyond words with all of the support you all have offered me. I would like to thank those that have sent a donation via Venmo ❤️ We have decided to go ahead with creating a gofundme. Please find the link here

Any help is greatly appreciated as I would love to continue the show this year and your support has been amazing.

This isn’t something easy to write but, during the process of taking the lights down, it was discovered that we had an electrical fire on the night of 1/4/22. This caused a great deal of damage and unfortunately, I do not have the funds to replace the items lost. At this time, we will not have the show in 2022. I deeply apologize.

-Louie
