🦋BIG ANNOUNCEMENT🦋
For the past year my partner and I have gone back and forth on the idea of opening a semi private studio somewhere in Topeka. I brought this idea up to another artist, Keena, that works at Pro Suites and she was DOWN!
For the past 6 months I have been looking around for a space and finally saw one that we all agreed on. We wanted something that was easier to find, something long term, and that was split evenly among all of the tenants so we all can maximize our take home pay. It will be her and I as well as a nail tech that I will post more updates on once we have all the approval from the board.
That being said, we are looking for a third tattoo artist to bring onto the team. I will post all the requirements below 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
- Must be licensed in Kansas
- Must be able to provide 6+ months of on time rental history (unless on commission base)
- Must be able to provide equipment/tools/etc for themselves other than printer/stencil printer
- Must have a somewhat solid client base as we will have the ability to allow walk ins, but will not have a regular front desk person
The space provided is about 250-300 sq ft depending on how we divide the layout per person.
$500/month or $125/week
We will do an in person/over the phone interview process if we aren’t personally connected
Looking to open officially June 1st once all inspections are complete
Located off of 29th and Wanamaker behind Sheridans, somewhat hidden location but close to busy part of town
