Disney World is simply Magical ✨⭐️

I got the joy of experiencing my first Solo Trip that turned into a Girls trip and the entire process was so fun and easy to navigate! The Cast Members at WDW are on a whole different level of creating the best opportunities of sprinkling a little pixie dust from the photographers, waiters;waitresses, to the greeters, the dancers, characters, VIP staff, clean up crew, meal service prep, hotel staff, ride crews and countless others there wasn’t a day that went by that they didn’t make each day feel special.

As I share my story with the world in my YouTube vlog series I hope I do them justice and to Walt Disney World Disney Disney Parks THANK YOU 😊

For creating a place that truly is the happiest place on earth 🌍

My first time traveling to Walt Disney World by myself. How did it go? Especially in the hottest time of the year? 7 years ago I got to take my Grandgiggle to DisneyWorld for her first visit and we’ve gone every year since - and no matter how much time has passed it still feels as magical if not even more since the first time!

I’m so glad I was able to convince my daughter Maddie to join me for an additional journey of Disney fun!!!

I am truly blessed 🥹 my husband is the best dad ever - he had saved up a lil extra and was able to swing this for Maddie’s 30th birthday 🎂

Well I’m going for it - my first Disneyworld Solo Trip - I’m nervous 😬 but super excited on creating some magic out of the darkness from what I was in from the anniversary of my son’s passing. Billy so would’ve loved that I’m not wallowing down in the grief and spinning into something that not only can bring happiness to myself but to others through my vlogging.

Other ideas could be like planting a tree or a flower for our loved ones that passed, going to their favorite restaurant or creating a scholarship or whatever you can think of to honor those we’ve lost and bringing joy from our sorrow.

Disney Solo trip has always been on my bucket list ✅ so I’m proud of myself to have the courage to do this but I’m extremely grateful for my husband and my girls for helping me feel better about doing this as well. I really feel like I needed a healing experience as I was getting very unhealthy in my depression lately and no better place for me to heal then the place that makes me feel like a kid again !

So I hope my trip not only encourages you to create your own magic but to also see it’s okay to grieve and it’s even better to find a way to honor those we love so deeply that are no longer with us

So here’s to you my boy Billy - doing something you encouraged me to do on my own but also living everyday like it’s my last or as you used to jokingly say in your titanic jack dialogue “To Making it Count” - he always loved as all my kids and husband constantly regurgitate movie one liners all the time! Especially in moments like this …

I’ll admit it… accepting that I needed a scooter at Disney was HARD. ❤️

For a long time, my pride told me I should just push through.

But Disney isn’t supposed to be about how far you can walk. It’s about the magic, the memories, and being present with the people you love. ✨🏰

So if you’ve ever felt embarrassed, ashamed, or afraid to rent an ECV because you think people will judge you…

SCOOT. 🛵❤️

Nobody else is living in your body. And nobody else gets to decide how you experience your Disney magic.

For me, using a scooter means less pain, more energy, and more time enjoying the people and places I love.

And honestly? I wish I had stopped worrying about what other people thought a whole lot sooner.

If you need the scooter… take the scooter.
Your vacation is too precious to spend it proving you can walk through the pain. ✨
