Good Evening PAFRA Members 2021. As promised, and now that we have completed the check in, we will move forward with the 1st phase of information.
1st over the next few weeks we will use this platform and group page to put out important information, conduct some surveys, and conduct a members meeting. You will get more information on how this will take place over the next few weeks thru this members only group, so please stay engaged.
That said: As we move into 2021 and celebrate our 20th anniversary at this year’s 2021 WRC Oct 7-9; we are finally moving into the 21st century with some automated rodeo management software that will allow us to do this more efficiently. We are building the new database which will allow you as a member in good standing to do everything from annual membership dues, to entry fees all in one place, and all under your own member login. The new system will allow you to pay thru the system with PayPal linked to the master PAFRA accounts, and get receipts in real time. There is allot more we will be doing here, but you get the jest, and with that, here is what we need from you now.
Each person to include each family member who is wishing to be a member, and included in the system for future correspondences tied to our WRC please send an email to: [email protected], and [email protected] by 21 Feb 2021. (All family information can be provided in one email, but each adult member needs to have a valid email)
The email you send should include the following information:
1) Full Name (s)
2) Types of membership- If you paid in full for 2020 need full date you paid in 2020.
3) Date of Birth, and gender for each
4) Branch of Service and dates of service for sponsor
5) Correct email for each member to be registered—This will be the primary form of communication for the organization! once the system is set up.
This will allow us to get you in the system, and from that you will be sent an email with instructing for those who do not yet have log in information how to get it and to change their password. Once you login and finish your membership information you will be able to make your payment through PayPal for your annual membership dues for 2021 which will carry through till Dec 31st 2021.
Along with this new system we will be issuing new membership cards to every member which will coincide with your member number in the new system.
We are asking everyone to please complete this 1st task by Feb 21st, and please stay tuned to this channel for more information.
