Today was a day of community and partnerships.

Our NOTO Arts & Entertainment District woke up to freshly painted parking stripes, and it’s amazing how something so simple can make the entire district shine. Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

But the work didn’t stop there. City of Topeka Government also helped us spread gravel beneath the Kansas Avenue Bridge, creating a safer and more welcoming space for people to explore and enjoy our new mural. A huge shoutout to the bobcat operators and city crews for lending a hand and helping us beautify the area.

And to the incredible artists bringing the mural to life, along with all the dreamers who continue to challenge us to think bigger and do better, thank you. Your passion and creativity are what keep this district growing, evolving, and shining brighter every day.

This is what happens when a community comes together. ❤️

Tomorrow is the big day, and we can’t wait to paint alongside our community officials and executives! Our Executive Community Paint is officially transforming the space under the bridge into a vibrant destination where people will love to visit, live, and thrive. We are making incredible progress toward our big goal: having every single surface painted and perfect before our grand Ribbon Cutting on June 27! Tomorrow marks a major milestone as our leaders roll up their sleeves to add their personal mark. This incredible transformation wouldn't be possible without our amazing partners.
