And just like that, another year's performances of Lamb of God are finished, in Tooele Valley. To all who came to any of our performances, THANK YOU!! And THANKS to all of our sponsors and donors as well!! We consider it a distinct honor and a privilege to be able to sing this music for our community, and also for God. We are so grateful for the amazing times, and for the amazing music!
For purposes of reliving the amazingness, here are some photos taken during our on-site dress/ tech rehearsal at the Tooele High School. (If you look close, you can see all of our orchestra, tech crew in street clothes, though the choir and soloists were in costumes!)

And for all those of us who 💕 love this music, either singing it, playing it, or listening to it, we hope to see you back again, next year!!

We're at dress rehearsal and Thomas, as sung by Quinn Thurman, reminds us to hold on to hope even when we can't understand why certain things are happening to us or to our loved ones. Whether God intended for them to happen in that way or not, He has His reasons for letting us learn patience during those difficult times, and as we come to trust in Him, He will turn the pain to our good.

You too will begin to understand as you seek out your answers with us at our final performance, March 14th at Tooele High School at 7:30 p.m.

In this sacred scene, Jesus appears to the apostles, after His resurrection. Here, in tech rehearsal on-site, the narrator, Angie Foster, recounts the event as Thomas (Quinn Thurman), in great overwhelm falls before his resurrected Lord.

Mary and Martha from Bethany had a beloved brother named Lazarus who died. Jesus Christ came to him, but only after Lazarus had been dead 4 days. Jewish tradition believed that for three days, a person's spirit hovers near them. But Jesus came, when it was clearly NOT within that window. And called him forth. And he came. Mary and Martha exhibited faith, though they did not expect such a glorious reunion!
