Tooele City Arts Council Tooele City Arts Council is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, and advancing the arts in Tooele City.

The PAR tax started being collected in 2005. The "A: part of the tax is for Arts. None of the money collected was able to be spent until the Tooele City Arts Coucil was created, which happened in 2007.

🐌✨ Cute snails + squishy clay = a pretty great summer afternoon ✨🐌

In this fun kids class, we’ll be using foam air dry clay to create adorable little snails full of color and personality. Kids will get to shape, decorate, and customize their snail, making each one completely unique.

This is the kind of project kids love because it’s hands-on, a little messy, and full of creative choices—and they get to take home a cute clay creation they’ll be proud of.

If your child loves crafting, sculpting, and making fun little characters, this class is a great way to spend a summer afternoon!

Alex Elggren is our next Fridays on Vine performer! Sixteen-year-old Alex is a singer, guitarist, and pianist from the Salt Lake area who specializes in country/rock. We loved his performance last year and couldn't wait to bring him back! As always, this is a FREE show in the park, just bring your own chair or blanket!

If you're hungry at the show, you're in luck! Tacos Habanero food truck will be in attendance, the Ritz Theater will be selling concessions, and the New Reflections house will sell items for their bake sale!

If your child loves glittery, colorful projects, this class is going to be so much fun.

Kids will create their own mermaid and fish art using bright colors, sparkly paint, and fun shimmering stickers to make their designs really shine. And when they’re finished, they can hang their creation in a window or anywhere they want to show it off thanks to the loop at the top.

It’s the perfect mix of creativity, sparkle, and summer fun—and every project will be full of its own personality.

Looking for a fun and creative activity for your kids this summer?

Join us for Negative Space Art, where we'll combine art, creativity, and a little bit of science to create something truly unique!

We'll start by making colorful, textured backgrounds using one of the most fun techniques in the class—bubbles! Kids will experiment with paint, plastic wrap, and bubbly textures to create amazing patterns and effects that are different every time.

Once their backgrounds are ready, they'll choose a dinosaur, butterfly, or starfish design and learn how to use negative space to make their artwork really stand out.

The best part? No two projects will be alike. Every child gets to make creative choices and leave with a one-of-a-kind masterpiece they're excited to show off.

It's a fun afternoon filled with color, creativity, discovery, and hands-on art making.

🌅 Last chance to join us tonight for watercolor!

Looking for a creative way to spend your evening?

Tonight we'll be creating a beautiful landscape using a unique watercolor paint-pouring technique that allows the paint to flow, blend, and create stunning effects all on its own. The result is a dramatic sky, rolling hills, and a charming little village scene that looks far more complicated than it is.

No drawing skills required.
No painting experience needed.

Just come ready to relax, experiment, and enjoy a couple of hours of creativity.
