I’m working on a list to confirm open orders were not missed and also replacements for orders that received tracking but did not update.

We will start here and move towards other smaller orders for the same.

All you have to do is sub to their YouTube channel and keep an eye out for when the 1k is hit for schedule the giveaway! They’re about 300 subs away!

Currently all new orders are paused. Orders will continued to be fulfilled. New orders will not be available until all arcade orders are caught up.

There are a total of the following:

22 guitar hero’s,
12 racers,
7 light guns,
5 mega’s,
14 portable retro gun box orders.

Drive orders and mini pc’s are not affected.

Listen everyone, I’m over these chargebacks. All of you agreed to the terms and conditions who placed an order that says all sales are final, you agree to no refunds and also agree to not open a chargeback. It’s custom work and I’m one guy. If you have a problem with my wait time then don’t ever order from me.

If you want your money back now, go ahead and open a chargeback. I’m done. Every chargeback takes the funds immediately out of the account, places a hold on all payouts for 21 business days.

I can’t build your fu***ng products when your funds are consistently on hold for every chargeback that’s placed. There have been 26 since November. That’s why it’s been taking me so long to build your orders.

Hey everyone,

Here is an update on my end.

I’m limiting contact back to DM and email only.

I’m sure you can imagine that phone calls, text messages, emails, and DM’s are a lot for one person to keep up with and causing a lot of them to fall to the wind. Hopefully this will help keep up with responses better.

Again my fault for thinking I can handle all of that but turns out I couldn’t. Originally I was only email and DM, that worked just fine before. Worst case I can call you directly myself if needed.

Arcade orders are coming, I am close to being almost done with the last guitars hero’s I talked about and continuing on. It’s not my goal to keep people waiting but as always I appreciate the patience.

Portable gun boxes are also behind but again coming.

I don’t talk about supply issues but I did have a mini pc supply issue starting in January that was finally resolved and regular pc gun boxes have shipped.

Yes Tarrifs are also causing supply issues for electronics but I’m dealing with that on my end and no need to address it any further at this time.

Please keep in mind that just because I’m not live or posting videos of arcades does not mean I’m not working or closed.
