One of our favorite stops in the “Concert Halls and Disco Balls Tour” is Saint Justin in Toms River. The love we feel there is great, and the parish center is a great venue for audience and performers alike! The staff there is incredibly helpful as well! A return visit is in the works for spring! The second stop on our spring tour was the place where it all started… Saint Barnabas! In case you want to plan way in advance, we have a fall show there on October 19 AND a holiday performance there on December 21! Mark your calendars! PS. It’s been a few weeks since our Spring 2026 Season wrapped up, and while our Barnegat Lighthouse performance was rained out twice, we still managed to clock in NINE performances for our community. We also donated to FOUR food pantries, and provided scholarships to SIX of our graduating seniors.
Features in today’s recap? Renaissance… our first time visiting there! We loved it and are coming back for the holidays! ❤️ Also featured, our chamber ensemble provided music for Ocean County Bar Association’s Law Day Ceremony!
(Our staff is now on summer vacation, but rehearsals will resume in August!)

At Monday’s Whiting Station concert, we awarded the second annual Mildred Zitt Memorial Award to Southern Regional High School Graduate Mary Sauchelli. Mary has been a member of our group since the summer after seventh grade, and her musical journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Her bio and story are posted below!

The Mildred Zitt Award is named after our founder, Mildred Zitt, who was a dedicated teacher and musician in Toms River who started this group 25 years ago. Because of her vision and hard work, we are what we are today. This group was her lifelong passion, and we will remember her in this way every year for her commitment and love.

Congratulations to Mary and all of our graduates on a job well done! Best of luck, and we hope you come back after you graduate college!!!! 💕
