What a great time we had last night at Sycamore Creek Concerts. Helene Cronin is a masterful songwritet and Thomas and Gail Chapmond are the perfect hosts! On to Republic Wine Castle this afternoon!

Rest well Don Schlitz, one of the country’s greatest songwriters. If you just counted “The Gambler” that would be enough. I met him a few years back and apologized for not making him much money on one if his songs we cut. He was quite gracious.
