A HUGE OCTC Thank You! ❤️

Let me start by saying this: if it had been just the two of us, not only would the task at hand have taken hours, but the heat and exhaustion would have definitely taken a toll.

I say this with complete sincerity and gratitude. And absolutely no criticism towards anyone. Life is busy.

OCTC recently lent set pieces to Valley Vista Show Choir for their Fall Concert. What we never expected was what happened next.

Led by one Senior student ( #13 Garrett in the picture), he rallied other students to come out and help OCTC move from one storage location to another. They needed set pieces. OCTC had them. Simple enough.

There were no conditions, no expectations, and certainly no obligation for these students to help us. And yet, there they all were—showing up, pitching in, lifting, carrying, loading, and contributing their time and energy to a need that had absolutely nothing to do with their own production.

That kind of generosity deserves to be recognized.

To the students of Valley Vista Show Choir: THANK YOU! Your willingness to help, your teamwork, and your generosity made a HUGE difference to OCTC. You reminded us that community isn't just something we talk about—it’s something we do.

We are incredibly grateful for each of you! ❤️

Gilbert could move to Stage 2 of its water shortage plan in 2027 as proposed Colorado River reductions threaten to cut the town’s supply by about 20%.

As OCTC continues to grow, we are so grateful for all the guidance, support, and continual positive encouragement that has helped us along the way. ❤️

And, just like any growing child… we need more closet space! 😄

What a truly beautiful experience. ❤️

The second IN Focus Series event, The Four Seasons, brought together Rebel Phoenix Theatre Collective, Emerald City Players, Fifth Wall Playhouse, and Order Chaos Theater Company for an afternoon of discovery, connection, and conversation.

Our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this gathering possible—the artists who shared their work and vision, and the audience who showed up, listened, asked questions, and became part of the conversation.

This is what community through art looks like. We are so grateful to be building it together.
