Can we get a round of applause for the most solid neighbors ever to allow this with almost no complaints for 9 years. Same neighbors the whole time! They've even came out a couple times lol

We will not be opening back up.
Thank you Toledo for 9 great years of D.I.Y goodness. This has turned into something neither me nor Kyle could have ever imagined. We knew the garage was something special thats why I even got the place, but seeing the way touring bands and locals would light up upon entering for the first time was all I needed to see to know this was something truly special and unique. Since the 80's this garage has been helping in some way to build this scene. I'm truly thankful to be a part of that and have such a great group of friends that have helped over the years. You know who you are and thank you soo soo much for everything you guys did to keep my head on the last 8 or 9 years. I could ramble for hours about this place and what it's done for me, but I would really love to hear some of your favorite stories of times in the garage or yard.
