Come fly with us!

This beginner-focused Aerial Silks class uses silky fabrics that are suspended from the ceiling to tone your body while allowing for freedom from the constraints of the floor. We have designed our classes to progress from beginner aerialists to skill levels that are comfortable for you. Aerial silks classes are a great way to get in shape and experience the joy of weightlessness.

Join us Saturday for some pole fitness!

Our pole instructor Taylor will lead you through a workout that will incorporate dance movements and pole tricks. This class is sure to energize the rest of your weekend and leave you feeling confident and empowered! Taylor's lessons will be based off of the moves in our 6-week Beginner Pole Dance Fitness class taught by Jess during the week. This Saturday class is for those who are looking to dip their toes into pole dance fitness that aren't sure if they want to commit to the 6-week course yet or just wanting to supplement to their weekly workout.

Looking to explore fluid, sensual movement? Join us at the studio for our very first Liquid Motion® workshop!

Your licensed Liquid Motion® instructor, Taylor, will use dance theory, natural organic movement and the Liquid Motion® techniques and fundamentals to build a proper foundation for floor work. Students will be led through a 15-20 min full body warm up involving cardiovascular work, full body conditioning and mobility exercises. The bulk of the class will take you through intricate floor flows and across the floor drills. The class will end with time for each student to explore their new found skills, and then a proper cool down and recovery to close out the Liquid Motion® experience.

Liquid Motion® is an all-inclusive, gender-neutral open level class where no experience is necessary!

What to bring:
Knee pads are REQUIRED
Layers and socks recommended
A pen and notepad to take notes with

Explore your flirty side and empower your sensual side. Whether you are brand new to dance or know your way around the dance floor, Jess will help you to unleash your inner confident bombshell.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable (yoga pants, leggings, shorts, etc). Knee pads are encouraged for floor work choreography. Dance heels are welcome but completely optional.

Summer is on the way and what better way to celebrate than with a Big Band Summer Spectacular!

Warm up the dance floor beginning at 7pm before Night Session Big Band takes the stage from 7:30 -9:30pm. Open dancing to follow until 10:00pm. Throughout the night there will be sizzling performances and demonstrations for your enjoyment. Feel free to bring your own beverage and remember there is no need for a partner!

New Class Alert!

Our monthly Flow Arts class taught by Visual Vivacity will focus on the meditation within movement, exploring new tricks and choreography, and creating an all inclusive environment to find your flow! There are no prerequisites for this class and props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own if you own any!

This class will primarily focus on hoop as the main prop but will also explore other props including Fans, Poi, Staff, Baton, Dragonstaff, and Levi Wand!

As always, make sure to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing you are able to move easily in.

Krisilyn Tony Frazier began her Samba training in 2022 with Jamie Arôxa and Kiri Chapman, studying Samba no pé, zouk, and partner technique.

Her movement foundation is further enriched through training in Afro-diasporic dance forms, including Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Cuban, Afro-Haitian, and Congolese styles, grounding her work in rhythm, cultural awareness, and embodied expression.
In March 2026, she hosted Jamie Arôxa and Kiri Chapman for the Annual Carnival Celebration Workshop at Paulette’s Studio of Dance in Toledo, Ohio.

She continues her mentorship and study with professor and professional Passista Alessandra Holanda since 2024. Krisilyn’s Samba journey is also rooted in the International Samba Congress (ISC) in Los Angeles, founded by Aninha Malandro, whose work has played a vital role in preserving and sharing Samba and Gafieira worldwide.

Through ISC, her training includes masterclasses with internationally recognized artists such as Laura BomBom, Gustavo Siqueira, Rainha Vânia Oliveira, Rainha Thai Rodrigues, Angelique Starks, and more.

Marta Annette Cruz is a professional dance instructor from Puerto Rico currently based in Detroit, Michigan. She has 25+ years of dance experience across various genres. Along with her dance partner, Alejandro, the M&A partnership began in December 2018, and together they own M&A DanceLab Studio , in the Metro Detroit suburb of Livonia. They teach weekly Bachata, Kizomba, Salsa and Technique lessons and host two socials a month.

M&A DanceLab Studio is focused on teaching adult dancers, providing instruction on fundamentals and how to apply them in social dancing and for performances. They also co-direct the Kizomba Tá Doce and Turquoise Dance Company student performance teams, both which have won World Championship placements in Bachata, Kizomba and Salsa at The Summit Championship and Euroson.

In addition to their weekly class offering, Marta & Alejandro also train other teams, and teach and perform at festivals and congresses. They enjoy traveling to teach and share their knowledge with growing dance communities!
