Impulse is officially this week! Frog Man is here to introduce your hosts, and masterminds of the show!

Starting strong with our helpful host Lauren Adkins! Lauren is a gem to have join us for hosting duties. As we got further in the planning process, I knew we needed extra help and my first thought was Lauren. Her stage presence is undeniable and her talent for improv is impressive. I couldn’t be more excited to share the stage with her.

Next up is Ocean Alvarado! When I first brought the idea up to have improv at the Zoo, I knew Ocean was the one to ask. He has hosted Impulse before at Cups of Art, and has been a boss in Toledo improv for over 2 years now. If you know improv, you know Ocean. I’m so honored that he has helped bring this show to life, and will be standing on that stage guiding us through the evening.

Lastly: Laura Kelly (me!) while I’m a bit newer to improv here, I have always loved performing. Another part of my life is event planning. When I got the chance to bring improv to the Zoo, I knew I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring funny people to such an impactful space in NW Ohio. I’ve been putting all of my energy into this show and I’m so glad to have so many great people behind me. I can’t wait to see what the scenes are going to be on Saturday.
