The rescheduled date is here!! We are hosting our very first MOMMY & ME yoga & meditation session Saturday October 17th 3:00pm-5:00pm!🥰

Come spend some quality time with your little one while strengthening the mind, body, and soul!💞🪬

Light refreshments will be provided💕

This class will consist of beginner to intermediate yoga poses as well as duo poses both you and your child can do together followed by a relaxing meditation afterwards!✨

$25 Fee to attend! (Includes Mom and Child)💖
