I had someone ask me to give an example of good customer service that I had given. Customer service is something we do every day when we smile and ask how it is going or open the door for some-one. It is staying late to help someone put away chairs or throw away garbage. It used to be called kindness or being helpful and that use to be the standard way of life :)

What is a play-list and who should generate it??? You the client or dancer should generate a play-list. When yo go dancing or at a wedding just because a DJ plays a certain style of music for the night, does not mean that is all he has. Request something you like, the DJ thrives on your requests and you make him look good...

Definition: a dancer socializes so he/she can dance. A non dancer dances and even takes lessons to socialize. Can the 2 survive together? It depends on the ego of the dancer...A non-dancer can always cath the 'bug' at some point in time...
