We want to remind you that we have a couple of public appearances this week. Friday we are at Stuff the Bus for Toys for Tots at 6pm. We are usually there for an hour or so.

Next Saturday, we are at the Chick-fil-A on Frederick Blvd in Portsmouth right off of exit 5 of route 264. We will be there from 8 to 10 am.

Come by with your cameras and get some photos for free!!!

Please bring a new toy for the event Friday!!!

So, last night we were at the lighting of the campus Christmas tree at Virginia Wesleyan University and it occurred to me...

I first put on the suit when these Senior's parents were newborn!

What a wonderful craft and a great way to spend time with your children. They can be used on the family tree or be presents from the children to an auntie or uncle, etc. You can add glitter or other decorative things to individualize the ornament.

Things are still forming. We have set two for sure.

Frederick Blvd, Portsmouth 12/6 8-10am.

Broad Creek Shopping Center, Norfolk 12/22 5-7pm

We will be at Wave Church in Norfolk from 10am to 1pm on December 21.

Also, we are returning to The English Rose Tearoom in Virginia Beach on December 21, 2 - 4pm. Contact the Tearoom for details and prices.

I cannot remember a year (and there have been 45 and counting) when I have heard so many requests for food... shoes... a coat to wear... basic necessities. I am speaking from what would be a very comfortable not underprivileged area.

Please look around. Children you know are needing you to help.
