Sculpture space framing is almost completely done! Just a little bit to do above the garage door area, but taking a well-deserved break for several days! Excited to be that much closer to this great new workspace! It was only three weeks ago that we just completed the concrete work.

At Lied Lodge at Arbor Day Farm, executive chef Garrett Kasper is quietly transforming the property’s dining program into one of the region’s most ingredient-driven culinary experiences. After years working in high-pressure kitchens around the country, Kasper arrived at Arbor Day Farm looking for a healthier balance—and found inspiration in the property’s orchards, gardens, and greenhouse. Today, nearly all of the menu at Timbers is made from scratch using ingredients grown on-site, with seasonal produce shaping everything from plated dinners to cider pairings. Kasper’s focus on sustainability, thoughtful sourcing, and kitchen culture is helping redefine what dining at the historic Nebraska City destination can look like.
