🥁Meet the Director of The SpongeBob Musical!🥁

STACEY JAEGER
Stacey is very honored to have been asked to direct this production. Now on her 3rd directing gig at Three Rivers, she is excited to bring this vision to life: one that combines both the work and passion of the cast. During the day, she spends her time working as the Library Assistant at Linden Grove Middle School while also doing as much stage managing as she can around the Kalamazoo area. Otherwise, she'll love hanging out and playing games with friends, reading, and going to trivia nights (when she gets the chance). While her dreams no longer look to the stage, she would love to play Xanthias in The Frogs, Leading Player in Pippin, or pretty much anyone in Assassins. She'd like to thank the entire cast and crew for their incredible work on the show. Without them, this show would be nothing!

🥁Meet the cast and crew of The SpongeBob Musical!🥁

🎭SAMANTHA MEYERS (she/they): Music Director
Sam has worked on two shows at TRCP. Sam has theatre experience from middle school to the present. She has starred in theatre roles from middle to high school, a notable role being Mrs. Dilber in “A Christmas Carol”. From high school to present, she has played saxophone and woodwind in pit ensembles, including the TRCP production of “Shrek The Musical.” Sam was most excited to share in the enjoyment of this experience with cast and crew, putting on a show they’ve worked so hard to bring to life. Outside of performing, Sam has a career in music education, teaching K-5 general music, and Saxophone lessons and sectionals. In their spare time, they like to create art, play saxophone, make jewelry, go camping with their partner Tommy, or even hang out with their cat Meg. Sam would like to thank her Family, parents Brian and Teresa (who seldom missed a performance she is involved in), sister Emma, partner Tommy, and her friends for supporting her. Aside from directing music, Sam would love to get back into acting.

🎭JACOB HUFF (he/him): Choreographer
Jacob has performed or worked on many shows at TRCP since 2014! He has been a Junior Director and camp coordinator for the last two years. Outside of the theater, Jacob is the After-school Program Director of TRAM (Three Rivers Area Mentoring). His prominent roles have included Mr. Darcy in Pride and Prejudice, Curly in Oklahoma!, and Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar. Jacob’s dream role keeps changing, but hopefully, he finds the one that ignites his soul!

🎭JAIDEN SCHINK: Costume/Crew
This is Jaiden’s first show with TRCP. They have been involved in theater at Kalamazoo Central High School.

🎭MADDY EICKHOFF (she/her): Stage Manager
This is Maddy’s 42nd show with TRCP! She is the program director of the Mendon Drama Club. It consists of Middle and High school students from 4 different school districts (Mendon, Centreville, Colon, and White Pigeon). Maddy was excited to get to work with new people on The SpongeBob Musical! She works at Arbor Financial Credit Union. Maddy would like to thank Jacob Huff for always being there for her. Her dream role is Anastasia!

🥁Meet the cast and crew of The SpongeBob Musical!🥁

🎭SAPPHO SLATE (she/they): Costumes/Crew
This is Sappho’s third show with TRCP. She has done Chicago at KCHS, and Six and other shows at the Kalamazoo Civic. Sappho is most excited about the costume comedy in The SpongeBob Musical. She plans on being a cosmetologist for musical theater. Sappho would like to thank Jaiden for helping with costumes and her mom. Tracey Turnblad or Eurydice are Sappho’s dream roles.

🎭BRIDGET TALBOT (she/they): Backstage Crew
This is Bridget's first show at TRCP! She has played the flute for the Pit Orchestra in Annie, Freaky Friday, and You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Bridget is most excited to see Bikini Bottom come to life on stage! When asked what she does in her free time, Bridget said, “I enjoy reading, playing my flute, and hanging out with friends, family, and my pets.” She would like to thank fellow crew member Zee for being the one to rope her into helping with this show. “I'd love to play in the Pit Orchestra for Sound of Music, I love it!” she says.

🎭ABIGAIL LUEGGE (she/her): Backstage Crew
The SpongeBob Musical is Abigail’s first show at TRCP, also! When asked if she had any previous theater experience, Abigail said, “Only if we’re counting elementary. I was in a trio of kids who had a special part to sing that nobody else did in a pirate musical in 4th grade. And I had a small speaking role in a 5th-grade play about Steamboats and Trains becoming the new thing. I was a horse handler who was betting my horse was faster than a train. (It wasn’t).” Abigail is excited to finally commit to volunteering at TRCP! She’s been wanting to join in since she first saw a show at TRCP (which was “The Greatest Play Ever Written), and was finally talked into it for SpongeBob. Abigail likes to write and draw a lot. She has a lot of fun making stories and would love to do storytelling full-time, whatever career that ends up being. Abigail would like to thank Zee for talking her into joining this show.
