New California State Law Requirements-SB 1107
California new insurance information for Autos
As of January 1, 2025, CA is requiring Auto coverage limits to increase regarding Bodily Injury & Property Damage.

The limit changes are as follows:
Bodily Injury limits for Individual from 15,000 to 30,000
Total Bodily Injury limits for an accident from 30,000 to 60,000
Property Damage limits from 5,000 to 15,000
Please refer to Legislature SB 1107 for further information and/or please contact our office at 805-498-9633 regarding your auto coverage. Also please know that these changes will become effective upon renewal of your policies with all companies in the State of CA in compliance with the new Legislative bill.
