Trade Wind Bottling Welcome to Trade Wind Bottling. I capture all the fun and adventure of tall ships and sailing into tiny little bottles that you can take any where.

I first started building ships in bottles in 2012 on a whim. I loved it from the start. From there I delved into techniques, history and built a lot of ships. I lost count around fifty but I know I've built over a hundred ships in bottles at this point. It's been a fun journey I've learned a lot and met a lot of other great builders. Now I'm sharing some of what I've learned with others. I've done

a few commissioned ships in bottles for people and what I love most is seeing their excitement for what I do. I really enjoy personalized commissions and will continue to do them. Very recently I started a small Etsy shop. I love sharing my work and a little hobby money is fun. The ships in bottle on the shop will mainly be miniatures because they are faster to build then the large detailed ships in bottles. Still they push me to a new level in my craft. I love to see how much detail I can get into a tiny bottle. So each one is different and I hope each new one will be a little better than the last.
