Join us for a FREE Homeschool Art Meet + Greet at The Free Range Art Studio - Wednesday, September 23rd, 2:00–4:00 PM! Meet up with your kids friends from the last session, or meet new families! Bring homeschool materials you are done with and pick up some new ones, too! Pack a snack and enjoy the historic bridge over the creek. Details are online!

Bring the whole family for open art stations, painting with coffee, gel printing with nature, a curriculum/supplies swap, historic artifact demos, and time to explore our creek-side property. Pack a snack and stay 2-4:00.

I'm missing 1 more photo (sorry to miss yours, Barb) but hoping to receive more photos in the future as everyone continues to create more art with oil pastels. Aren't these great?! So satisfying to watch these come to life! ❤️

Slightly overwhelmed. How do we even begin to say thank you to our summer camp families??
As summer winds down, we’ve been thinking about all the wonderful kids who came through our studio doors—curious minds, willing hands, messy tables, and so many ideas!
Your kids were the best. Together, we welcomed live animals, supported special guest artists, and learned how to weave baskets, stamp metal, make pottery and jewelry, experiment with collage, wood burn hiking sticks, pour resin trays and bowls, paint everything they could imagine, and so much more. Along the way, we explored nature, the colors of the earth, global cultures, history, texture, and coastal art to name a few.

But mostly, WE will remember the kids—their curiosity, their creativity, their conversations, and the wonderful energy they brought with them each day!

To every family who trusted us with their children this summer, thank you. You showed up for our little studio in ways we never expected, and we are incredibly grateful.
What a summer. ❤️ Thank you for being part of it. As we pause and structure our fall kids' programming, don't forget to take a look at the plethora of workshops for YOU. Our adult workshops have been on the website for awhile and many are sold out. But, we are adding new workshops as time allows...

We had a private event yesterday for a soon-to-be-bride. Her bridesmaids knew she was crafty and they came into town to do a weekend in Kennett and to explore Longwood Gardens. We created an afternoon based on florals/botanicals and they had so much fun "creating" together! ❤️
