FULL DISCLOSURE TIME: I wish I could say I was badass enough to have done my very first soirée on my own, but that would be a lie!!! I am SO GRATEFUL to have a supportive family that helped and have encouraged me with this new journey AND event!!! Land and Debbie Flaherty have ran errands and scrubbed and cleaned, Grammy made the pound cake as a gift to the birthday girl, Mimi and Poppy cooked the pork tenderloins, Evans (Bo Monkey) and Evans helped re-hang lights in the trees, Ansley Young helped “set the scene” and the table, Dixon and Ansley hauled that heavy ass futon (but it was so worth it!). AND THEN, as I was taking my sweet ass time cleaning at leisurely pace yesterday, I went to take a pic of the Happy Birthday sign, looked back towards the house and saw the black storm cloud!!!! Needless to say I did NOT get that pic!!!! I flew back to the house screaming for Evans She rescued me and my treasures (with one tiny fatality that can be resurrected with super glue)!!!!

Any recommendations to get the smell of Torch Fuel out of a tablecloth would be greatly appreciated!!! I soaked it, washed it and when I started the dryer I had to immediately stop it afraid it was going to go up in flames!!!🔥🫪🤣

I’m say all of this to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH to my family and friends for the help and encouragement!!! I learned a few lessons AND most importantly, had fun!!! Looking forward to the NEXT PARTY!!!! 🥳🤩🥳🤩🥳
