My new piece “Midsummer Night” (26 x 30) is headed for Southern Arts Invitational at The Arts Center of Moultrie. It is going to be their biggest show yet so be sure to come out and see it!
Opening Reception is August 27 and the show runs through October 30th.

I picked up this 1950’s salon dryer chair at a thrift shop last week for $20!!! She looks great in my studio 😎

I am having fun experimenting with fabric and quilting this year. This piece just went to The Art Center of Moultrie for a quilt show. All of the dark blue fabric are hand printed cyanotypes from photos I took at Maclay Gardens State Park while kayaking. The koi and dragonflies are Cyanotype photograms and the appliqué is all hand stitched with metallic thread. I couldn’t resist printing a fun Cyanotype scene on the back 😊
