AUDITORIUM UPDATE

Good morning, everyone!

Throughout the night, our secondary AC unit continued running and was able to lower the temperature in the auditorium to around 72-75 degrees. While it is still not quite where we would like it to be, conditions are much better than they were last night.

At this time, we will remain open as scheduled for both our 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM showings of The Breadwinner. During the 2:00 PM showing, we will continue monitoring the temperature and conditions in the auditorium to help us determine any adjustments that may be needed for this evening’s showing.

As always, guests are welcome to step into the auditorium before purchasing tickets to ensure the temperature is comfortable for them.

We are also excited to share that The Breadwinner will be returning next week, and we are hopeful that our primary AC unit will be repaired and fully operational by then.

We greatly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support throughout this situation. Every great thing has its challenges, and right now ours just happens to be the air conditioning!

Important Notice

Due to an unexpected issue with our auditorium air conditioning system, tonight’s showing of The Breadwinner has been canceled.

Our AC unit has completely frozen, and despite our efforts to restore airflow, the auditorium temperature is currently around 80°F. To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s screening.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your patience and continued support of the Ritz Theater.
