Let’s talk horse sales!
Everybody sees the sale average and the number when the hammer drops. What they don’t see is everything that happened before that horse ever stepped in the ring.
It’s easy to watch a horse that looks similar to yours sell for 20, 30 or even 60,000 and think “well mine should bring that too.” But high-selling horses aren’t just a couple professional photos and a one minute video thrown onto a sale page.
The horses that consistently rise to the top are the ones with work behind them long before sale day. Consistent advertising, phone calls, answering questions, updated videos, and building buyer confidence over time.
And don’t underestimate the value of entering the previews either. These give buyers a chance to see your horse in a real-world setting. The more people can watch your horse work before sale day, the more invested they will be.
A good sale horse campaign isn’t passive marketing.
The reality is, the top-end horses already have interested buyers before they ever walk into the ring because the consignor has spent weeks or months getting that horse in front of the right people.
That’s where we step in. We want to help get your horse in front of more people and help add one more bidder in the ring, because sometimes one more bidder is the difference between an average sale and a great one.
